The White House released a list of 78 events around the world that were allegedly “largely under-reported”. This in an investigation that showcases some of the news outlets that did actually report the events and what the current US president was actually tweeting during or after these events. Using tweets exclusively, creates a narratives of real events and starts a comparison. The juxtaposition of tweets adds a whole new layer of story-telling. The piece can still embed an opinion with a clear commentary, while using objective facts and publicly available information.
